DIRECT PRODUCT OFFER SUBMISSION

Step 1: Prepare and Submit Offer Documents

Suppliers must prepare documents according to the provided templates, ensuring complete and clear information, along with product samples.

Step 2: Document Review

If the product meets Saigon Co.op’s requirements and the documents are valid, Saigon Co.op will contact the supplier within 10 working days from the submission date. After initial contact, the Supplier Transaction Department and the supplier will proceed with further discussions regarding commercial terms and product documentation (if additional information is required).

Step 3: Offer Result Notification

Once the product passes the quality review and commercial terms are agreed upon, Saigon Co.op will notify the supplier of the final offer result within a maximum of 10 working days.

B. Offer Submission Contact Information:

For in-person submissions: Suppliers must bring a company introduction letter, required documents, and product samples directly to the Supplier Transaction Department.
For remote suppliers (over 200km away): If visiting in person is not possible, please send the offer package via postal mail, including all necessary documents (Section A) and product samples. Suppliers are responsible for all shipping and return costs.

C. Offer Submission Schedule:

Offer submissions are accepted during the following times: Morning: 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM, Weekly Schedule by Product Category:
- Monday: Packaged Food (all day) & Fresh Food (8:00 AM – 11:30 AM)
- Tuesday: Household & Personal Care (all day)
- Wednesday: Apparel (all day)
- Thursday: Consumer Goods (all day)
