Invitation for Bids: "Content Development and TikTok Channel Growth for Co.opmart in 2025"

The Ho Chi Minh City Union of Trade Cooperatives (Saigon Co.op) is preparing to conduct the bidding process for the project "Content Development and TikTok Channel Growth for Co.opmart in 2025." We cordially invite your company to participate in this bidding opportunity.

The bidder may purchase a bidding document package for 500,000 VND at the following address: 11th Floor, Building No. 131 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 15, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

Bidding document issuance period: From 09:00 AM on April 8, 2025, to 09:00 AM on April 12, 2025 (during office hours).

The bidder must provide a bid security, which is a mandatory part of the bidding dossier. This security must be submitted before the bidding deadline in the form of a Letter of Guarantee issued by a legally operating bank or credit institution in Vietnam. The value and currency of the bid security must comply with the specific requirements stated in the bidding documents.

Bidding deadline: 10:00 AM on April 24, 2025.

The bidding dossiers will be publicly opened at 10:30 AM on April 24, 2025, at No. 131 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 15, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
