The Ho Chi Minh City Union of Trading Cooperatives (Saigon Co.op) is preparing to organize the prequalification process for the 2025-2026 IT shortlist:

1. Procurement Package: Supply of IT equipment for Co.opmart supermarkets/chains/office departments.
2. Procurement Package: Supply of IT solutions, software, and IT service rentals for Co.opmart supermarkets/chains/office departments.
3. Procurement Package: Provision of installation, maintenance, and repair services for IT equipment at Co.opmart supermarkets/chains/office departments.

The prequalification documents for the 2025-2026 IT shortlist are issued free of charge.

• Bid submission deadline: 09:00 AM on March 12, 2025. Bids must be sealed and delivered to the Saigon Co.op office before the submission deadline.
• Bid opening: 09:30 AM on March 12, 2025, at 131 Dien Bien Phu Street, Ward 15, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
